Mr. Marc Lewis, Dean of Students

Mr. Marc Lewis has taught physical education and health at Central Middle School since 2011. In that time he has served as a track and field coach since 2011 and as the team leader for the Physical Education/Encore departments for seven years. He was named Dean of Students in 2021.

He completed his undergraduate work at Eastern Illinois University and graduate work through Concordia University. 

Mr. Lewis looks forward to working with students and staff to continue making CMS a successful school community.  His goals include building trustworthy relationships with students and staff, promoting positive behavioral and academic growth, and working to ensure that all staff and students feel supported at CMS.

Mr. Lewis is happily married to his wife Ann and they have four wonderful children: Logan, Adalyn, Camryn, and Elayna. He enjoys spending time with family, traveling, cooking, and sports.
